JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 18.4.2018, seeks bail in Danapur PS Case No. 203 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 376 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the prosecutrix was having love affairs with the petitioner who established sexual relationship on the pretext of getting married but later on denied to marry. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major 24 years of age and there was consensual relationship as reflected from the allegation itself and the petitioner has been in custody for last three months approximately.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vicky Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst, Danapur in connection with Danapur PS Case No. 203 of 2018.
