The petitioner seeks bail in Bhaptiyahi P. S. Case No. 131 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence four unknown persons came in a white colour Scorpio and made indiscriminate firing upon the son of the informant . The informant along with others went near the place of occurrence on hearing the sound of firing. The persons who fled away on the car could not be identified by them due to darkness. They brought the son of informant to Sadar hospital Supaul for better treatment but his son died in the way.

Petitioner is in custody since 9.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Supaul, in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.
