In huge quantity of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from different places of village Jamwa. The petitioner was neither arrested on the spot nor anything was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 25.03.2016.
