Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the house is occupied by the other family members also.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
