The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.120 of 2018 registered under Sections 448, 342, 323, 326, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he gave fist blows on his mouth as a result of which four of her teeth got uprooted, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43094 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 any manner by this order.
