Mr.Additional Advocate General (13) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.
2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner have already filed a representation before various authorities including the Addl. Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Deptt., Govt. of Bihar (respondent No.3) which is dated 06.12.2024 (P-14) and the same continues to be pending.
3/4 Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Addl. Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Deptt., Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.3) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioners after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
4. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.
5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ application is disposed of directing the respondent No.3, i.e., the Addl. Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj Deptt., Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.3) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioners dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure P14) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
6. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioners.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the

8. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
