2. Petitioners seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 161 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the seized CNG Tempo bearing registration no. BR01PM9572.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating material have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and they have got no

Petitioner no. 1 is the driver and petitioner no. 2 is a passenger of the seized vehilce. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 14.06.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the regular bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the regular bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on regular bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City in connection with Didarganj PS Case No. 142 of 2026.
