This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make proper, fair and speedy investigation of Korha P.S. Case No. - 160 of 14 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act against Kailash Singh and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the chare-sheet has already been submitted.
