This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 4, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7828 of 2021(5) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 named, is concerned, their prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed considering the fact that there is no material to connect them with the crime.

Let the petitioner nos. 1 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S.
