The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 325, 308, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties. Due to land dispute this occurrence has taken place. The injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,
