JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.Case No. 207 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that he has been implicated in this case due to previous enmity but taking note of this fact that petitioner is named in the F.I.R with specific allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the prayer of the petitioenr for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.Case No. 207 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12565 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 Gopalganj stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
