6. 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, the State and for the Accountant General Bihar.
The petitioner, who retired as Headmaster in the year 1993 is yet to receive his entire post retiral dues although certain amounts have been received by him.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3, the Director, Primary Education, Bihar to consider and dispose of the claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and whatever
Patna High Court CWJC No.3177 of 2012 (7) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 remaining amounts are found admissible to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within a further period of two months thereafter.
