The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case no. 36 of 2015 under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Anil Kumar, who is the owner of the truck bearing registration No. BR-05G /5174 has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 01.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7838 of 2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has been implicated in the present case only out
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20294 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 of suspicion.
Regard being had to the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.
