Having regard to the fact that a speaking order has already been passed by the Vice Chancellor of Patna University, as contained in Annexure 'A' to the show cause reply, this Court is no longer inclined to continue with the contempt proceeding. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, she may definitely take remedy as may be available to her in law. With the aforementioned observation and liberty, this application is disposed of.
