Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326/307/34 and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has also added. Co-accused-Raju Kumar and Rahul Kumar allegedly poured petrol and put the victim on fire. Allegation against the petitioner is that everything took place at the instigation of the petitioner, who was also present at the time of occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case for the reason of land dispute between

Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No.162 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
