Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 63 of 2021/C.I.S. No. 63 of 2021 arising out of Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the present petitioner is to kill his wife and daughter. Though, there is no eye witness in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is man of clean antecedent and in custody

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge has been framed and trial is going on and case is running at the stage of prosecution witness. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, therefore, his bail petition is hereby rejected.
