This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.213 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is the sole accused in the killing of his daughter-in-law. The marriage of the son of the petitioner was solemnized with the deceased in the year 2022. 4.

Looking to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
