The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 498A and other allied sections of the IPC. Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at a consensus to stay separately.

Counsel for the complainant does not deny the averment of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail in the event of surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the
