Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections. 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given spade blow causing head injury to the informant's brother but learned counsel for the petitioner points out that annexure 3 series to this petition shows that informant's brother sustained simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
