Learned counsel, appearing for the State informs this court that the order of this court has already been complied with, to which, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner agrees but he submits that still some dues, relating to salary and arrears of salary are pending with the department.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition stands disposed off.
