Petitioner, already in custody since 9.11.2017, seeks bail in Hathida PS Case No. 47 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and the petitioner has been implicated merely on the basis of disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of one Uchit Paswan and he has been remanded in this case on 9.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances as also the nature of allegation against the petitoner, the petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM -cum- 4th Sub Judge, Barh, Patna in connection with Hathida PS Case No. 47 of 2017.
