The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 05.05.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30889 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30889 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within
