JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 1.8.2017, seeks bail in Amarpur (Fullidumar) PS Case No. 410 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief against the petitioner is that he throttled informant's husband and thereafter chopped of his neck by axe.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Rajni Devi, wife of the petitioner, has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner has been in custody since 1.8.2017.

Whereas learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner of killing informant's husband by throttling and chopping of his head. Having considered the specific accusation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
