The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur (Teyay) P.S. Case No.162 of 2021 registered under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 40(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the vehicles which were involved in the illicit trade of liquor. In support thereof, second supplementary affidavit has been filed.
