Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. C2094 of 2012 (Tr. No. 4316 of 2013) pending before Sri R.K. Rajak, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari. However, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2.
