JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that co-accused Manoj Singh demanded extortion of Rs. 30 lacs from the informant through the mobile of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the mobile of the petitioner was misused during marriage ceremony by Manoj Singh and others. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

No.11314 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mohania P.S. Case NO. 374 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Kaimur (Bhabua). Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
