In view of such, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 22.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. CA-1582 of 2012 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

The parties will be at liberty to file an application in the Court below for withdrawal of the present case within a reasonable time if they so desire.
