The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 by the A.C.J.M.-III, Vaishali at Hajipur, vide order dated 14.03.2024, in connection with Sessions Trial No.3509 of 2024, arising out of Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner has not moved before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54478 of 2024(3) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 Hajipur for cancellation of bail. In my opinion, he should have moved before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 by the A.C.J.M.-III, Vaishali at Hajipur. 4.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for cancellation of bail before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur within three months from the date of filing of such application by the petitioner.
