This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Vigilance Case No.37 of 2014 (Special Case No.42 of 2014), disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/34, 13(2) read with Section 13(i) (D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19264 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/3 The petitioner was working as a computer operator in the office of District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Gopalganj. On the basis of an allegation that an order of the Tribunal was forged, the present petitioner and others have been implicated as accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is nothing specific against him. He has further submitted that the petitioner shall cooperate with the Vigilance in course of investigation. Considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Court, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Vigilance Case No.37 of 2014 (Special Case No.42 of 2014), subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the
