The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 354 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/376/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submissions of the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61655 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 354 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
At the time of accepting bail bond of the petitioner, the court below is directed to verify the veracity of compromise and if the same is found genuine then the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted and if the compromise is found to be not genuine, the petitioner shall be taken into custody.
