JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 109 liters liquor. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two and half months and he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
