Petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No.149 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 382, 295 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Rahul Gupta.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
