The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the relationship between the parties and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62477 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 the nature of injuries, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
