2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Chhotu Kumar kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It is further alleged that when the informant went to the house of co-accused Chhotu Kumar, this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons abused and assaulted the informant.

4. Petitioner is mother of co-accused Chhotu Kumar and she has been made accused only on suspicion. Specific accusation of kidnapping is against son of this petitioner (Chhotu Kumar). Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria / concerned court in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
