2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 701 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence and has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XV (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 701 of 2023.
