The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has got the service on the basis of the fake date of birth certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The inquiry is going on against the petitioner and this fact is also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51456 of 2022(3) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 not denied by learned counsel for the complainant. Petitioner have three criminal antecedents as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the inquiry was going on against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.428(c) of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
