The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 641 of 2017 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 registered under sections 304B, 34 and 201 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and named in the F.I.R.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43175 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against him, due to which the deceased died.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
