2. Petitioner who had retired from the post of Dy. S.P. on 28.02.2023 is aggrieved for non-consideration of his representation for correction of name which is pending before the respondent no.3 - the Inspector General of Police, Bihar.
3. Considering the plight of the petitioner, Inspector General of Police, Bihar - respondent no.3 is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner and rectify the name of the petitioner on the basis of the records in
Patna High Court CWJC No.11078 of 2023 dt.17-08-2023 2/2 accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
