The grievance of the petitioner is as regarding pendency of Nagar Nigam Case No.19 of 2012 filed by the petitioner which is pending disposal before the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai for the last four years. The limited prayer made by the petitioner herein is to direct the Municipal Commissioner to dispose of the Nagar

Patna High Court CWJC No.7777 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 Nigam Case No.19 of 2012.

In the nature of grievance so raised I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai to consider and dispose of Nagar Nigam Case No.19 of 2012 in accordance with law and after an opportunity of hearing to the private respondents herein and since the matter is pending disposal since almost four years hence an expeditious disposal preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order would suffice the grievance of the petitioner.
