JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 24.2.2018, seeks bail in Nirmali PS Case No. 30 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner relating to murder of informant's son, his dead body was found in the river; the informant is not eye witness, only suspicion is raised alleging that as deceased had illicit relationship with petitioner's married sister so eliminated him.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Salim @ Sallo is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.N.Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Nirmali PS Case No. 30 of 2018.
