The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation against these petitioners is that they have inflicted injuries on the person of the informant by means of sword, knife and iron rod. The injury report suggests that injuries inflicted on the person of the informant are simple in nature.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19568 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
