ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2017 in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though not named in the F.I.R., on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by Birendra Yadav and Binod Yadav, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that save and except the said confessional statements, there is no further material to implicate the petitioner. Learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44243 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade till date.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.127 of 2017.
