The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection Noorsarai P.S. case no. 236 of 2014, registered under Sections 147,149,341,323,332,353,427 and 504 of the IPC. It is a case of forcible road blockage and offering obstruction to the police in discharge of duty. He is named in the FIR as one armed with weapon. In my view, petitioner should surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned Court below. In that event the Court below shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order uninfluenced by the present order.
