JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Both the above stated petitions arise out of Durgawati P.S. Case No.10 of 2015 registered under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be truck owner and according to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8017 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 prosecution case itself, the forged documents were obtained by drivers of the trucks in way of their return journey after making payment of Rs. 2000/-.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Kaimur in Durgawati P.S. Case No.10 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
