JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 28.4.2018, seeks bail in Begusarai Town PS Case No. 238 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor any arms, the recovery of the stolen items are from other accused, the petitioner has only one case against him under Section 379 IPC in which he is on bail and has remained in custody since 28.4.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar Soni @ Ravi Kumar Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town PS Case No. 238 of 2018.
