Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 504 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have assaulted the uncle of the informant by means of lathi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner in

No.51101 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in Sono (Charka Pathar) P.
