The petitioner has filed the present application for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 56158 of 2019, which got dismissed for default due to non -compliance of the peremptory order dated 4.9.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to paragraph no. 3 of the restoration application submits that defects pointed out by the Office have already been removed and now the bail application is defect free.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Cr. Misc. No. 56158 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
