2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, criminals have looted Rs. 35,000/- and one mobile phone.

4. One Ajit Kumar was arrested from whom the looted money has been recovered. The mobile phone has also been recovered on the statement of the other co-accused and the name of the petitioner has transpired on the self inculpatory statement of the other co-accused.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 18.5.2024 and he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55123 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 is accused in two more cases which includes one case of dacoity.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a member of a gang of criminals and has been found involved in committing dacoity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
