The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant became traceless on 19.03.2008. Subsequently, the petitioner and accused persons were seen with the victim girl at the railway station but as soon as the GRP was informed they flee away. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15377 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 No.42 of 2008, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
