The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the injury caused by the petitioners which is found to be simple in nature, the present

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
